Alongside her creative leadership, she supports key commercial functions, including coordinating with banks, monitoring customer outstanding, ensuring smooth and compliant import operations, and representing Reaghan at major exhibitions to open new opportunities and expand the brand’s global reach.
She also drives CSR and HR initiatives that nurture talent and strengthen the company’s impact. Her passion for team building and collaboration fuels a workplace where ideas grow, people feel valued, and excellence becomes a shared habit.
Representing the third generation of the family, Dev brings a digital-first perspective to Reaghan. He is focused on integrating smart automation, data analytics, and agile processes to create a faster, more responsive, and sustainable supply chain.

Liberty Group began its journey in 1964, founded by Late Shri Jayramdas Dhankani in Surat—India’s vibrant textile hub. What started as a modest trading activity soon grew into a trusted name in the yarn market. Through honest dealings, reliable service, and long-standing bonds with mills, suppliers, and customers, the group built a strong foundation that supported steady growth over the decades.
In 2009, the group entered manufacturing with the launch of Reaghan Fashions Pvt Ltd, led by Dr. Dinesh J. Dhankani, alongside his wife, Karishma Dhankani, representing the family’s second-generation leadership. This marked a clear shift from trading to producing high-quality fabrics backed by modern technology and improved control over processes. Their focus was to set higher standards in viscose manufacturing while continuing the values that shaped the group’s early progress.
A key milestone came in 2011 when Reaghan Fashions secured the exclusive dealership for Bailu viscose rayon—one of the world’s leading viscose-rayon yarn and fibre producers, established in 1960. This strengthened the company’s product range and helped widen its reach to international markets including Canada, Bangladesh, Dubai, and others. With continuous investment in advanced machinery and a well-developed facility at Sachin GIDC, the company earned recognition for consistent quality, dependable supply, and customer-centred service. These principles continue to guide its long-term aspiration of becoming one of India’s most admired textile companies.
Today, Reaghan Fashions produces more than 10 lakh metres of fabric each month, covering viscose, nylon, crepe, Assam silk, tussar silk, and speciality blends. With a network of over 3,000 customers, the company brings together three generations of knowledge with modern manufacturing practices, ensuring that Liberty Group remains a trusted and forward-moving name in the textile industry.
